Bio
Anat is a PhD. Candidate in Bar ilan's Science and Technology Studies program. In her dissertation entitled Happiness in Demand: Happy People, Happy Organizations and Happy States, she focuses on the new trend in individual health, organizational engagement and policy-making. Part one delineates happiness diagnosis and monitoring through various technological and psychological tools. Part two looks at organizational programs and their influence on employees and organizational cohesiveness. Part three looks at happiness as a policy goal and contains a detailed history of the happiness movement.
Her career in the field of Human Resources in Hi tech companies and organizational consulting to various start up companies in Tel-Aviv and New York, enables Anat to have a unique outlook on how new trends are generated and applied within individual and organizational frameworks. She is currently a teaching assistant in the course Policy for Progress and Quality of Life, a core course at the Government and Sustainability Program in Israel's Interdisciplinary Center. |
